Multimedia Speech Pathology regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all Multimedia Speech Pathology users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information

In order to use the Multimedia Speech Pathology website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.

Any information collected by Multimedia Speech Pathology is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collected Information

Any details collected from Multimedia Speech Pathology customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.

Storage of Collected Information:

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not store Credit Card details on our site, instead we pass them on to eWAY  or PayPal in order to be processed securely as required.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) .We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Communications

Multimedia Speech Pathology uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at mmsp@tpg.com.au.

Third Parties

Multimedia Speech Pathology will not disclose your personal information to any other party, except to provide a service for you – eg fulfill an order from an overseas supplier.  The exception is our Find a Speech Pathologist page where you have requested that we display your information for the purposes of promoting your business.  All information about you on this page is provided by you and you are responsible for updating this information.

Links on the Multimedia Speech Pathology site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain name of Multimedia Speech Pathology.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Security Policy

Multimedia Speech Pathology uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. If you have a PayPal account and prefer to use it you can also select this payment method.

eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed Multimedia Speech Pathology or any outside party.
  • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
  • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further

Refunds and Returns Policy

We provide free trials so you can be assured that you are satisfied with our progams before purchase, so returns are unlikely.

However we are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 30 days, provided we receive the goods in original condition. You will need to satisfy us that the programs are uninstalled from your computer. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.

Please email mmsp@tpg.com.au with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email mmsp@tpg.com.au with your specific problem and we’ll get back to you promptly.

Specific Policy for Casa Futura Devices

Casa Futura Stuttering treatment devices sold to, bought from, or approved by a speech-language pathologist may be returned to Multimedia Speech Pathology within 60 days for a 100% refund (except shipping costs). The customer has 60 days from the time he or she receives the device until he or she ships it back. Institutions that send a purchase order to Multimedia Speech Pathology have 60 days to pay for the device or return it.
Devices bought by consumers directly from Multimedia Speech Pathology may be returned within 30 days for a 90% refund. The customer has 30 days from the time he or she receives the device until he or she ships it back. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Casa Futura Technologies doesn’t accept returns more than three months after the date we shipped the device.

Accessories made by other companies are not warranteed by Casa Futura Technologies. Please return broken accessories to their manufacturers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to report items missing from the invoice or packing list.
Devices for Parkinsons Treatment
Not all people with Parkinsons respond in the same way to AAF or FAF so please trial the devices first with your Speech Pathologist before deciding to purchase (contact us to arrange a loan of the device.) In NSW you will need to borrow the device to trial before your Speech Pathologist can apply for funding through Enable.
Limited Warranty

Seller warrants all merchandise against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice unless otherwise stated. Your only remedy under this limited warranty is repair or replacement of any item at no charge if seller determines that such item is in fact defective. This warranty does not cover damage to any item if, in our opinion, damage has been caused by improper customer assembly or modification, negligence, improper operation, misuse or abuse. Seller is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits and lost use of other goods even if advised of the possibility of such damage or if such damage could have been reasonably foreseen, except only in case of personal injury where applicable law requires such liability.

iPad and iPhone and iPod Touch Apps

Apps advertised on this site are not purchased from this site but from the Apple iTunes Store and our refunds and returns policy cannot apply.

All apps are covered by Apple iTunes Store Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 24 hours. Sometimes we need to wait a day longer to receive activation codes from overseas.

If occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock you will be informed of the expected wait.
Normal delivery times:
Within Australia 3 – 5 business days
Overseas – 5 – 12 business days

However if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
