ORIGINS:

Multimedia Speech Pathology was founded in 1999 by Australian Speech Pathologist, Carol Bishop who saw a need to supply easy-to-use, stimulating software to equip Australian Speech Pathologists who manage increasingly large caseloads and often service large or remote areas. Carol and a team of multimedia producers and photographers have produced Speech Sounds on Cue which has received an enthusiastic response from both users and professionals.

INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE:

In response to requests for more programs to complement Speech Sounds on Cue, Multimedia Speech Pathology searched internationally for quality interactive programs targetting speech, language and cognition. The desired attributes included provision of stimulating language activities, reduction in treatment preparation time, quality graphics, videos and sound, motivating feedback for clients, a results scoring option, and suitability for independent home practice.

We are proud to be the sole Australian / New Zealand distributor of the comprehensive REACT2 program from Propeller Multimedia, Great Britain and seventeen proven, effective speech therapy programs from Bungalow Software, USA. and have been involved in the production and testing of versions for the Australian market.

We have been chosen to be the Australian repesentation for lingWAVES, one of the most used systems for professional voice and speech analysis, biofeedback and documentation worldwide.
